Terry March, Cellarmaster, has been with Rutherford Wine Company for more than 20 years. He is a fourth generation Californian, as well as fourth generation from St. Helena. He grew up working along side his father in the family's own vineyard, learning about farming and vineyards at an early age. Terry went from farming grapes to winemaking in 1976 when he started working in the cellar at Louis Martini Winery.

Terry's experience not only puts him at the top of his profession but his expertise has been invaluable to Rutherford Ranch. He and his wife Gytha's love of winemaking, as well as travel, have taken them to Italy, where they have stayed at small wineries and made life long friends with winery and vineyard owners alike.
