2006 Rutherford Ranch RESERVE Cabernet Sauvignon
This is our fifth vintage of our gold medal winning Reserve Cabernet. Our 2006 vintage is composed of prime Napa Valley hillside fruit and specifically designated vineyards, which consistently deliver the Rutherford Ranch Reserve attributes.
Lush and intense, this complex wine shows layers of black currant, dusty cocoa, anise and mint.. It’s well-balanced with firm but integrated tannins and a long finish that offers depth and nuances.
Aged in French Oak barrels for 34 monthd. Age worthy for 8-10 years. Only 1,100 cases produced..
Enjoy this elegant Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon with herb encrusted lamb chops, garlic roasted prime rib, dry aged grilled rib eye or oven roasted duck. Best of all, this wine can turn an ordinary hamburger into a five-star meal!
